My 1 year old rescue, Bowser has been there about 6 or 7 times for day care now. I adopted him from a rescue full of dogs and brought him home to a house with neighbors who had dogs on both sides, he loved to play with the them and then I suddenly had a change of plans and sold my home. Bowie was missing doggy time bad at the new place and he loves to come to day care! As soon as he hears the words he is spinning in circles and running for the door and won’t sit still and he stays that way til we get there. Pricing is great, they’re open 7 days a week- I can check in on him whenever I want on the cams, and every employee I have interacted with has been great. Glad we tried them out!

Lucy comes here regularly for daycare, but she just had her first boarding experience for a whole week! There were bound to be a few hiccups since she is already a little nervous. But when she had an upset tummy, they called right away to get the go ahead to take her to see the vet, who was very thorough when she called me. There was another day that she didn't want to eat, and they so kindly called and asked if it was okay to offer her some chicken and rice for a small fee. Definitely 5 star treatment! She was so lucky to have such a caring staff. She'll be looking forward to future stays, and hopefully more chicken dinners too!

Lucy was so well cared for at Woodland West. Our 8-month-old standard poodle was nervous about being away from us but judging from the webcam footage, she enjoyed her resort-time immensely, especially getting in the pool, running about, and occasionally getting a cooling snack of whipped cream. It was great to see her interact with so many other dogs who weren't aggressive, but appeared playful or mellow (that's because of the temperament test they do in advance). They also did a nice job with her bath and nails. We're so glad we found her "home away from home."

My dog loves it there, I love the facility, the staff and the amenities. Wonderful all around. Ive used their daycare, Hound High, grooming, boarding. Its all well appointed and absolutely lovely.

Izzy has a great time and we never worry about her when we are away. I love the welcome we receive when we enter the resort. It’s apparent that the employees love what they do!! Izzy is so worn out when she comes home!!

We love taking our dogs - Jax, Chip, and Teddy - to Woodland West Pet Resort for grooming! The staff is always friendly, professional, and truly cares about our pets. Our 10 month old pup loves this place. She goes to training and daycare when we work and stays there if we go out of town. Her training is going very well, and she is always excited to go see her friends.

Highly recommend! My dog isn't good with other dogs or men and they accommodate both issues amazingly. For a highly anxious dog she gets so excited when I drop her off for boarding I don't feel terrible for leaving her there for a few days because I know she's taken care of.
